摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the influence of basalt fiber and PVA fiber on thefrost resistance of recycled concrete, this paper selected basalt fiber with high elastic modulus and PVA fiber with high elongation through freeze-thaw cycle test, and mixed into recycled concrete by volume(0.1%,0.2%,0.3%).The mass loss rate, relative dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength loss of recycled concrete are analyzed. The results show that the mass loss rate and the relative dynamic elastic modulus of the fiber are significantly reduced. When the volume content was 0.2%,the mass loss rates were 2.32%,1.47%and 0.72%after freezing and thawing 300 times, respectively. The relative dynamic elastic modulus were 83.2%,86.2%and 91.4%,respectively.After 100 and 200 freeze-thaw cycles, the loss rate of compressive strength is only 2.5%and 10.21%,which is much lower than that of single fiber. Therefore, the blended fiber can better play a synergistic role, form a dense fiber network, and improve the freezing resistance. In practical application, the optimal anti-freezing effect can be achieved by selecting the appropriate blending amount(such as 0.2%)of blended fiber.关键词
