Abstract
As the real estate industry has made a transition from the stage of extensive"unrestrained growth"to a new stage of refined operation,real estate enterprises in China are placing greater emphasis on cost consciousness,profit awareness,market sensitivity,and the enhancement of refined operation capabilities to ensure sustainable development.Design optimization,a key aspect of business transformation and upgrading,is playing an increasingly important role.However,as design optimization is an emerging field in the industry,its working mechanism and process system are still being explored and improved,necessitating systematic enhancement and iterative upgrades.Given this situation,the paper delved into the content and processes of design optimization and proposed a range of viable suggestions for improvement,with the aim of establishing a more scientific,systematic,and efficient working mechanism that vigorously supports enterprises in achieving the dual objectives of"reducing costs and increasing benefits"and"enhancing quality and efficiency".Through persistent efforts and innovation,design optimization can emerge as a crucial impetus for real estate enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.关键词
