Study on the Renewal and Utilization of Industrial Heritage Landscapes in Hebei Province Amidst Industrial Transformation and Regeneration:A Case Study of East Hebei

Abstract
Against the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,this study systematically investigated industrial heritage in East Hebei,tracing its development trajectory,spatial distribution,and typological features;suggested promoting the renewal and utilization of industrial heritage collaboratively with industrial transformation,and established the five core principles of preservation as a priority,cultural continuity,sustainable development,functional alignment,and aesthetic value enhancement.By building a landscape evaluation system to analyze existing conditions,the study sought to realize the functional iteration and spatial regeneration of landscapes,thereby forming a design paradigm for heritage revitalization.The industrial heritage in East Hebei is of value toboth historical and cultural inheritance and industrial and economic revitalization,and its renewal efforts are of strategic importance to regional sustainable development,with a key role in reshaping urban identity and driving industrial upgrading.关键词
