Abstract
In response to the problems of low efficiency and high safety risks in high-altitude steel bar operations during the cantilever casting construction of continuous beams,this study proposes a prefabricated and assembled steel bar skeleton construction technology.Precise positioning is achieved through adjustable prefabricated formwork,and the deformation during hoisting is controlled by a multi-point synchronous hoisting system.The rapid alignment and connection of the cross-section are realized through rotational alignment and assembly.This solution transforms high-altitude operations into ground prefabrication,ensuring controllable joint quality and reducing the construction period.The research results provide a new path for the industrialization and refinement of bridge construction.关键词
