摘要

Abstract

In order to optimize the structural design of the broken bridge on the external wall of prefabricated buildings,this paper deeply analyzes the influence of different factors on the heat transfer coefficient of the broken bridge on the external wall of prefabricated buildings by establishing a basic model.The results show that the order of heat transfer coefficients of the external insulation system and the internal insulation system is model 1>model 3>model 2,model 5>model 4.The blocking efficiency of the structural thermal bridge is ranked as model b>model a>model c.The average heat transfer coefficient of the external wall decreases gradually with the increase of the thickness of the longitudinal and transverse protective layer,the extension distance of the insulation layer,the covering size of the window frame of the insulation layer and the thickness of the caulking.Therefore,through the external main and internal auxiliary composite insulation structure,increasing the thickness of horizontal and longitudinal protective layer,extending the distance,the covering size of the window frame of the thermal insulation layer and the thickness of the caulking can effectively reduce the heat transfer coefficient and optimize the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction of residential buildings.
