摘要

Abstract

To address the issues of low efficiency,high labor intensity,and long time consumption of manual measurement methods for installation errors of forming molds,a PLC controlled in-situ measurement and control system for installation errors of forming molds is designed.With the Delta DVP50MC multi axis motion controller being the main controller,and combined with servo control technology,precise positioning is conducted through a three-axis motion mechanism with a power line laser profilometer,and the automatic measurement of geometric features of forming Molds being achieved.The Microsoft Visual Studio platform is used to develop upper computer control software to accomplish automatic processing of measurement data and calculation of installation errors.The experimental results show that the system has high measurement accuracy and can meet the requirements of fast and high-precision in practical measurement.
