Abstract

In order to determine the best tensioning construction scheme of prestressed reinforcement,this paper takes an industrial plant in example to compare and analyze the total material consumption,project cost and construction period of two tensioning construction schemes of prestressed reinforcement.The results show that the cost of rebar in scheme 1 accounts for 55.31%;The leasing costs of admixtures and steel pipes were 3.1%and 3.17%,respectively.In scheme 2,the cost of reinforcement is 72.05%,and the cost of concrete is 27.95%.Compared with the first scheme,the economic cost of the second scheme is about 180,000 yuan,and the construction period is shortened by 10 to 14 days.In short,scheme 2 has significant economic benefits and construction efficiency,so it is recommended to use scheme 2 to carry out the tensile scheme of prestressed steel bars in the industrial plant.
