纤维素基发泡材料的研究进展OA北大核心
Research Progress of Cellulose-based Foaming Materials
发泡材料是一类具有三维网络骨架的人工材料,具有相对密度小、比表面积大、孔隙结构复杂等特征.纤维素作为一种地球上最丰富的天然高分子材料,凭借其结构易修饰、绿色环保、可再生、可降解的优势,成为制备纤维素基发泡材料的理想材料,受到广泛关注.为了更全面地了解纤维素基发泡材料的研究进展,本文首先分析了纤维素基发泡材料在制备过程中对于原料的选择、发泡过程的控制及干燥方式类型的选择,其次讨论了纤维素基发泡材料在缓冲、吸附、阻燃、吸音、电磁屏蔽等领域的应用现状与前景,最后总结并展望了纤维素基泡沫材料制备及应用所面临的机遇和挑战.
Foamed materials are a class of artificial materials with 3D network framework,with small relative density,large specific surface area and complex pore structure.As the most abundant natural polymer material on earth,cellulose has become an ideal material for the preparation of cellulose-based foaming material with its advantages of easy structural modification,green,renewable and biodegradable,and has attracted wide attention.In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the research progress of cellulose-based foaming materials,this paper first analyzes the selection of raw materials,the control of foaming process and the selection of drying mode,and then discusses the application status and prospect of cellulose-based foaming materials in the fields of buffer,adsorption,flame retardant,sound absorption,electromagnetic shielding and so on,finally summarizes and looks forward to the preparation and application of cellulose foam material facing opportunities and challenges.
