铸铝缸盖加工残留铝屑去除工艺探索研究

Abstract
In the initial stage of the production of a company's cast aluminum cylinder head production line project,the problem of aluminum chip residue in the cylinder head was severe,seriously affecting the quality of the cylinder head.This study focused on the in-depth analysis of the process difficulties in the generation of aluminum chips in the cavities such as the oil passages and water passages of the cylinder head.By systematically analyzing the internal relationships among processing parameters,tool structure,and the size of aluminum chips,the processing parameters were optimized and adjusted,and the tool structure was improved to reduce the size of aluminum chips.Through practical application,this measure effectively reduced the amount of aluminum chip residue,significantly improved the cleanliness of the cylinder head,ensured the stability of product quality,and provided a solid technical guarantee for the stable operation of the cast aluminum cylinder head production line.关键词
