Abstract
Elastic connector,a new type of connector with advantages such as small size,high integration,is one of the most important connection methods for future high integration structural design.In its tight structural design,the connector requires only a small height space for signal transmission,but great strictness for blind matching structure tolerance control.In order to design better blind structure of elastic connector,a new structure tolerance calculation method is proposed.The theoretical formula of elastic pin deviation relation is established,and the relation between elastic pin deviation and structural dimension tolerance is analyzed.The theoretical model of blind structure design of elastic connector is further established,based on which the dimensional tolerance of the structure is derived in actual situation.The proposed method provides a theoretical basis for even more important blind configuration design of elastic connectors in the future.关键词
