高速数控铣削加工时颤动抑制技术研究
Research on Chatter Suppression in High-speed NC Milling
摘要
Abstract
The machine tool chatter caused by dynamic instability and abnormal vibration of tool affects the normal milling process of precision parts.Based on the established model of low-immersion milling,its instability is analyzed by Matlab software,and the time-frequency controller structure model of unstable milling is designed.The comparion made between the software simulation and actual process ing shows that the designed controller model can effectively suppress the milling chatter of NC machine tool.关键词
