摘要
Abstract
This thesis aims to explore the theoretical and methodological approaches to prefabricated concrete building design, with a focus on analyzing its design concepts, collaborative design processes, and standardized design strategies.Through an in-depth understanding of the concept of prefabricated buildings,it clarifies their advantages in improving building quality, enhancing construction efficiency, and reducing resource consumption. It analyzes typical domestic and international prefabricated building projects, revealing the key factors behind their success and indicating that the design process of prefabricated buildings requires close collaboration among architects, structural engineers, constructors, and other professionals.Additionally, the combination of standardized design and personalized needs can effectively embody the characteristics of prefabricated buildings. The thesis also proposes a detailed set of collaborative design processes and key points, including information sharing, collaborative work at the design stage, and clear work requirements for each profession. The conclusion suggests that the design of prefabricated concrete buildings not only need to focus on structural safety but also take into account various factors such as material selection, construction techniques, and cost control.Through multi-professional collaborative design and the application of standardized modules, the advantages of prefabricated buildings can be fully realized, achieving a perfect integration of building functionality and aesthetics.关键词
