Research and Application of Existing Residential Renovation Technology:Taking Old Residential Areas in Liaoning Province as an Example

Abstract
This article takes old residential areas in Liaoning Province as the research object and explores in depth the technology of renovating existing houses.By conducting a survey on the current situation of old residential areas in Liaoning,analyzing various issues such as structure,facilities,and energy conservation,this paper elaborates on key technologies such as structural reinforcement,energy-saving renovation,and facility updates,and demonstrates the application effects of these technologies through practical cases.Research has shown that scientific renovation can significantly improve residential performance,enhance residents'lives,and promote sustainable urban development.关键词
