摘要
Abstract
This study constructs a dynamic decision-making model for preventive maintenance based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),integrating technical, economic, and environmental indicators.Combined with the geographical and traffic characteristics of ordinary national and provincial roads, differentiated maintenance strategies are proposed.Through empirical analysis of three typical sections in the north(high-cold),south(rainy),and west(arid)regions, the results show that emulsified asphalt micro-surfacing technology performs best in terms of comprehensive score(0.85),cost-benefit ratio(1.62),and environmental adaptability(reducing carbon emissions by 18%);cold patch repair technology has a significant advantage in crack repair in high-cold regions(withstanding 50 freeze-thaw cycles). The study further proposes a three-dimensional dynamic decision-making framework of"region-disease-budget",providing theoretical support for the scientific and refined management of ordinary national and provincial road maintenance.关键词
