Abstract
In order to improve the stability of the crane rotation system reduced by the hydraulic impact generated during the crane rotation operation,a control system effectively suppressing the pressure impact of the crane rotation system was designed.The basic structure of the crane slewing system was explained,and a simulation model of the traditional slewing system was established using AMESim for simulation analysis.An adaptive impact suppression system with PID control was designed using proportional valves and sensors.The simulation model of the adaptive shock suppression system was established using AMESim and simulation experiments were conducted.The comparative analysis of simulation results show that under the same working pressure,the adaptive impact suppression system effectively suppresses the hydraulic impact generated by the crane's rotating operation and maintains the stability of the system's continuous operation.关键词
