压型工艺方案的B柱回弹补偿策略研究

摘要
Abstract
The B-pillar of passenger vehicle,made of high strength steel with thick sheet material,and with springback of forming process larger than that of the drawing process,has the difficulty in developing springback compensation strategy.This paper,based on the characteristics of B-pillao springback and production line of forming process of a certain vehicle model,analyzes the springback of all process by the CAE software of AutoForm,develops the strategies for springback post-forming to compensate oneself,the final sequence springback to recompensate the forming process,the final sequence springback to recompensate the restrike process,and all die to be nested.All die nesting is constrained within 2 mm,and the final parts springback is controlled within±0.5 mm.关键词
