Abstract
Regarding the synchronous position deviation caused by hydraulic cylinders during the working process of lifting mechanisms for wheel loader,an optimized synchronous control system was designed.The basic structure and core parameters of the lifting mechanism for wheel loaders were elaborated,and a mathematical model of the lifting mechanism was established and mechanical analysis was conducted.Schematic diagram of the hydraulic system of the lifting mechanism was drawn using FluidSIM software,and simulation analysis was conducted.Using sensors and electromagnetic proportional directional valves as hardware cores,a simulation model of a synchronous control system with PID control link was constructed by AMESim,and simulation analysis was conducted.The analysis results indicate that the application of PID control system improves the synchronization accuracy of the lifting mechanism of heavy-duty vehicles,and maintains the continuous and stable operation of the lifting mechanism of wheel loader.关键词
