Abstract
In order to improve the safety and durability of mass concrete structures.Taking a large complex as an example,the influence of temperature plunge on the temperature field of raft foundation mass concrete is systematically analyzed in this paper.The results show that the temperature curves of mass concrete at different depths show high synchronicity.0~28 h after pouring is the rapid warming period,28~65 h is the temperature peak plateau period,and 65 h after pouring enters the slow cooling period.In the numerical simulation,the peak temperature appeared within 3 to 5 days of pouring,which were 51.45,65.04 and 72.15℃respectively.The temperature change was divided into two stages:rapid warming and controlled cooling.When the external temperature plummeted,reducing the convection coefficient was an effective insulation measure.There are differences between the measured data and the numerical simulation results under the temperature plunge condition,mainly due to the inconsistent timing of the implementation of insulation measures.When the ambient temperature plummets,the measured temperature curve shows a significant downward trend,while the cooling rate of the numerical simulation curve is relatively stable.关键词
