两种术式治疗急性肩锁关节脱位的疗效比较
The efficacy comparison of two surgical procedures in the treatment of acute acromioclavicu-lar joint dislocation

Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of double-bundle coracoacromial ligament reconstruction and clavicular hook plate on the acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods According to different methods,thirty-two pa-tients with acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation were randomly divided into ligament reconstruction group and cla-vicular hook plate group,with 16 cases in each group.The surgery status,shoulder range of motion,pain VAS,Con-stant-Murley score and Karlsson score were recorded.Results All patients were followed up for 16～24 months.There was no statistical difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The incision length and operation time in the ligament reconstruction group were longer than those in the clavicular hook plate group(P<0.05).At 1 year after operation,the pain VAS,Constant-Murley score of the ligament reconstruction group were lower(higher)than those of the clavicular hook plate group(P<0.05).The ligament reconstruction group was lager than the clavicular hook plate group in the range of motion of shoulder joint anteflexion upward lift,abduction upward lift,internal rotation and external rotation(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the clavicular hook plate,double-bundle coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction can obtain mild pain feeling,better shoulder joint recovery,and lower complication incidence.关键词
