Application of Function-Oriented Three-Dimensional Traffic Organization Strategy in General Hospitals:A Case Study of Ruian Binhai People's Hospital

Abstract
Currently,large general hospitals are commonly plagued by problems such as difficult parking,mixed pedestrian and vehicle flows,traffic congestion,and disorderly traffic.These issues have long been the pain points and difficulties faced by hospital management,urban planning,and traffic planning.Taking Ruian Binhai People's Hospital as an example,this article proposes a three-dimensional traffic organization strategy oriented by functional demands.By analyzing the differentiated traffic demands of core functional areas such as the outpatient and emergency department and inpatient areas,a design strategy of"three-dimensional stratification above and below ground,and multi-level diversion of pedestrians and vehicles as well as clean and contaminated flows"is constructed to address the difficulties in traffic organization of large general hospitals.It is hoped that this can provide a reference for the traffic organization of newly-built large general hospitals.关键词
