林火烟气湿沉降对森林凋落物和土壤中金属元素及生物酶活性的影响
Effects of Particulate Matter Deposition from Wildfire Smoke on Metal Elements and Enzyme Activity in Forest Litter and Soil

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the significant impact of the deposition of particulate matter from forest fires on the litter-soil system beyond the fire-affected area.[Method]This study focused on Cunning-hamia lanceolata,simulating the process of particulate matter from fires of varying intensities returning to the ecosystem through wet deposition.Analysis and determination were conducted on the concentrations of nine metallic elements(Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu,K,Ca,Na,Mg,Al)in combustibles,particulate matter,litter,and soil.Additionally,the activities of four key enzymes—nitrate reductase(NR),nitrite reductase(NIR),catalase(CAT),and peroxidase(POD)—were measured in both litter and soil.[Results]After 7 days of wet deposition,metallic elements accounted for 3.11%~3.39%in litter and 5.64%~6.98%in soil.One year after deposition,time significantly influenced the concentrations of metallic elements and enzymatic activities.Smoke concentration significantly affected Fe,K,Na,Al in litter,and Zn,Mn,Cu,K,Ca,Na,Al in soil.The combined effects of smoke concentration and time significantly affected Zn,Fe,Cu,K,Ca,Na,Mg,Al in litter,as well as Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu,K,Ca,Na,Al in soil.Enzymatic activities in litter were signific-antly influenced by smoke concentration and its interaction with time.In soil,while NR and CAT were signi-ficantly affected by smoke concentration,while NR,CAT,and POD were significantly influenced by the in-teraction of smoke concentration and time.Enzymatic activities in the litter layer exhibited a positive correl-ation with metallic element concentrations,while in the soil layer,they exhibited a negative correlation.[Conclusion]Fire intensity has a limited effect on the distribution metal elements in smoke at different stages.However,metal element content and enzymatic activities are regulated by smoke,time,and their interactions.In the long term,moderate metal elements input promotes the activities of NR,NIR,CAT,and POD enzymes,whereas excessive deposition inhibits enzyme activities.关键词
