摘要

Abstract

For the effective improvement of the intelligent level of manufacturing cells,NX software was applied to design the structure of the intelligent manufacturing unit,comprising storage system,3D printer and pickup robot.Simulation on the motion of the entire manufacturing unit was carried out by the Process Simulate software on Tecnomatix platform,and a complete process of the discharge and feed was displayed to verify its feasibility.Based on the simulation results,the entire manufacturing unit was upgraded and optimized,and its accuracy was improved.
