Research on Cultural and Creative Integration and Revitalization Strategies of Industrial Sites in Northeast of China:A Case Study of Tiexi 1905 Cultural and Creative Park
摘要
Abstract
With the advancement of society and urban renewal,a large number of industrial sites have been left behind following the relocation of industries in northeast of China.These sites conflict with current urban planning and development strategies and are at risk of degradation.The Shenyang Tiexi 1905 Cultural and Creative Park,developed based on existing structures,has become a successful model for revitalizing industrial sites.This paper summarizes the successful experiences of the Tiexi 1905 Cultural and Creative Park and analyzes its strategies for revitalization in conjunction with regional policies.Through studying successful case experiences,the paper offers reference suggestions for addressing the revitalization of industrial sites in northeast of China,aiming to provide valuable insights for the transformation,design,and protection of urban industrial sites in the region.关键词
