纳米银联合EDTA对根管内牙本质微观结构及力学性能的影响研究
Effects of silver nanoparticles combined with EDTA on the microstructure and mechanical properties of root canal dentin

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effects of 0.1% silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)combined with EDTA on the mi-crostructure and mechanical properties of intraradicular dentin.Methods:Totally 110 single-rooted human premolars were mechanically prepared and randomly divided into five experimental groups(n=20)and one control group(n=10).Experi-mental groups:Group A(0.1% AgNPs),Group B(3% NaClO),Group C(0.1%AgNPs+17%EDTA),Group D(3% NaClO+17%EDTA),Group E(0.9%saline).Ten teeth from each experimental group were longitudinally split for smear layer remov-al assessment via scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and microhardness testing.Dentin powder from root canal walls of all groups(including control)was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Results:At coronal and middle thirds,Groups C and D showed significantly better smear layer removal than Groups A,B,and E(P<0.05),with no signifi-cant difference between Groups C and D(P>0.05).At the coronal third,Groups A and C exhibited higher microhardness than Groups B and D(P<0.05),at the middle third,Group A demonstrated greater hardness than Groups B,C,and D(P<0.05).FTIR analysis revealed:carbonate/mineral ratio was higher in Group D than Group C(P<0.05),amide I/mineral ra-tio in Group B was lower than the control group(P<0.05),while Group D surpassed Group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:AgNPs combined with EDTA effectively removed the smear layer,exhibited weaker collagen-deproteinizing effects,and caused minimal impact on dentin microhardness.关键词
