弹性拔取式白萝卜收获机的设计和试验
Design and Experiment of Elastic Pull-type White Radish Harvester

Abstract
Addressing the issues of missed pulling and damaged radishes in existing white radish harvesters,an elastic pull-type white radish harvester is designed.Walking chassis,elastic clamping device,adjusting device and other auxiliary devices are designed with SolidWorks software.The strength of the soil loosening component is verified using the finite element analysis software SW Simulation,with the results showing that the maximum deformation and maximum stress of the parts are within the allowable range of the materials.Elastic clamping performance experiments are conducted,determining the distance between the pulling devices as 90 mm,and the optimal combined thickness of elastic materials as 30 mm for EPE on one side and 10 mm for EVA on one side,which can provide a maximum pulling force of 200 N and 2.3 N/mm average stiffness value of the elastic materials.A prototype is fabricated and field experiments are performed,which demonstrate that the machine can successfully harvest white radishes and effectively prevent missed pulling and radish damage.关键词
