儿童根管治疗术后疼痛的光动力干预效果分析
The effect of photodynamic therapy on promoting pain relief after root cancal treatment in children

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of photodynamic therapy(PDT)in alleviating postoperative pain in children undergoing root canal treatment.Methods:A total of 60 children requiring root canal treatment were randomly divid-ed into an experimental group(PDT intervention)and a control group(conventional treatment).A two-visit root canal treat-ment protocol was adopted.Postoperative pain was assessed at 1 day,3 days,and 7 days after the first treatment session.Re-sults:At 1 day post operatively,the pain incidence rates in the control group and the experimental group were 56.67％ and 50％,respectively.At 3 days postoperatively,the pain incidence rates were 26.67％ and 0％,respectively,with significantly lower pain scores and severity in the experimental group compared to the control group(P＜0.05).By 7 days postoperatively,there was no statistically significant difference in pain scores or severity between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Pho-todynamic intervention after root canal surgery in children can effectively relieve pain symptoms within 3 days after surgery and shorten the duration of pain.关键词
