摘要

Abstract

With the continuous development of intelligent manufacturing technology,the deep integration of industrial robots and machine vision technology has become a key trend in industrial production.Machine vision technology has shown broad application potential and achieved significant results in various manufacturing fields.Welding is a core technology in industrial production,yet traditional welding robots lack adaptive ability and cannot meet the high efficiency and quality requirements of intelligent manufacturing.This study,based on 3D machine vision technology,has developed an automatic weld seam tracking laser system integrated into industrial robots.The system integrates 3D vision technology,deep learning,lighting technology,laser principles,and robotic technology.The focus of this study includes:First,establishing the mapping relationship between images and robot coordinates under the premise of complete hardware configuration;second,performing the calibration of the vision system;then,formulating the data transmission and reception protocol;next,discussing image processing techniques;and finally,using neural network technology to automatically obtain the weld seam trajectory.Through testing in actual application,the system has been verified to meet the actual needs of automatic weld seam tracking welding.
