Abstract
As the development of offshore oil and gas resources advances,large topsides float-over installation technology plays a crucial role in engineering practice.However,traditional float-over methods heavily rely on tidal windows,making them susceptible to environmental constraints,which affects construction efficiency and cost management.This study addresses the critical aspects of float-over operations by introducing a series of innovative technologies,including a rapid slinging system,optimized deepwater mooring design,standardized fendering system,and precise positioning and real-time monitoring of float-over barges.These technologies have been successfully applied to Caofeidian 6-4,Lufeng 14-4 and Lüda 6-2 projects,significantly improving construction efficiency and safety,reducing costs,and providing strong technical support for the company to win competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets.The results show that these innovative technologies have significant advantages in reducing risks,shortening time frames and saving resources,and can be widely applied to future offshore engineering projects.关键词
