摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of the automotive industry,people's requirements for the quality of automotive sheet metal parts are becoming increasingly high.Traditional manual detection methods are not only inefficient,but also susceptible to human interference,leading to unstable detection results.In order to improve detection efficiency and accuracy,this study developed an intelligent detection device for automotive sheet metal parts based on industrial vision.This device uses high-precision industrial cameras to capture images of sheet metal parts.Advanced image processing algorithms are used to preprocess,extract features,and recognize defects in the images.Machine learning technology is used to intelligently analyze the detection results,achieving fast and accurate recognition of surface defects on sheet metal parts.The practicality and reliability of the device have been verified through actual production line testing.This research provides an effective solution for the automated and intelligent inspection of automobile sheet metal parts.
