赤芍合剂联合曲安奈德治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效
Effect of Chishao Mixture combined with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide on clinical efficacy and ser-um pro-inflammatory cytokine levels in patients with erosive oral lichen planus

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Chishao Mixture combined with local triamcinolone acetonide injec-tion on clinical outcomes and serum pro-inflammatory cytokine levels in patients with erosive oral lichen planus.Methods:A total of 80 patients with erosive oral lichen planus admitted to our hospital between March 2022 and November 2023 were ran-domly divided into an observation group(n=40)and a control group(n=40).The control group received weekly local injec-tions of triamcinolone acetonide,while the observation group was administered Chishao Mixture orally in addition to the con-trol treatment.After 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated,the degree of pain and erosion area were assessed,and the serum levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-17 were measured.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.392).After treatment,the numeric rating scale(NRS)scores,erosion areas,and serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-17 decreased in both groups,with more significant reductions observed in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chishao Mixture and triamcinolone acetonide can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with EOLP through its synergistic an-ti-inflammatory effect.The therapeutic mechanism may be related to the regulation of the pro-inflammatory cytokine network(TNF-α/IL-6/IL-17 axis).This combined treatment regimen is safe and effective and has clinical promotion value.关键词
