关阀规律对重力输水管道水锤特性的影响研究

Abstract
Water hammer is widely present in water transmission pipeline systems.In severe cases,pipe burst accidents can occur,which harms the safe and stable operation of water transmission pipeline systems.Based on this,this paper uses Flowmaster software to calculate the transient flow induced by valve closing in the reserve-pipeline-valve-reservoir hydraulic system,and analyzes the influence of different valve closing laws on pipeline water hammer.Research shows that in the linear valve closing scheme,the maximum pressure of water hammer gradually decreases with the increase of valve closing time.The two-stage broken line valve closing scheme can effectively reduce the maximum water hammer pressure.Compared with the linear valve closing scheme,the different two-stage valve closing scheme reduces the maximum water hammer pressure by 6.13%,6.86%,5.17%and 3.92%.Similarly,the three-stage valve closing rule can also reduce the maximum water hammer pressure.Compared with linear valve closing,different three-stage valve closing schemes reduce the maximum water hammer pressure by 5.92%,4.22%,4.65%and 2.72%,respectively.Overall,the two-stage valve closing rule has the best effect on protecting water hammer.Therefore,in the operation of hydraulic pipeline systems,the two-stage valve closing should be followed to avoid pipe burst accidents caused by valve closing water hammer.关键词
