外固定架更换与否在联合有限内固定治疗胫腓骨开放骨折中的应用比较
Application comparison of external fixator replacement versus non-replacement in combined limited internal fixation for open tibiofibular fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the application effect of external fixator replacement versus non-replacement in combined limited internal fixation for open tibiofibular fractures.Methods The 46 patients with open tibiofibular fractures were divided into the non-replacement group(using the external fixator fixation and limited internal fixation as the ultimate treatment method,19 cases)and the replacement group(The 27 cases were adopted with the external fixator combined with limited internal fixation in the first stage and replacemnt of the internal fixaiton in the second stage)according to whether the external fixator was changed or not.The time of fracture healing,postoperative compli-cations,the treatment effect of tibial shaft fractures were evaluated by the Johner-Wruhs scores.Results All patients were followed up for 12～32 months.The time of fracture healing was shorter in the replacement group than the non-replacement group(P<0.01).There were no statistical differences between the two groups in the incidence of postop-erative complications and the excellent-good rate of tibial shaft fracture treatment evaluated by the Johner-Wruhs score(P>0.05).Conclusions External fixation combined with limited internal fixation is an effective measure for trea-ting open tibiofibular fractures.Using external fixation combined with limited internal fixation as the ultimate treatment method can reduce the economic burden on patients,and early replacement of external fixation is more conducive to fracture healing.关键词
