Research on the Evaluation of the Innovation Capability in Jiangxi Province Based on the Triple Helix Theory

Abstract
The construction of an evaluation system for regional innovation capability plays a crucial role in the development and assessment of a regional innovation system.Focu-sing on Jiangxi Province,this study builds an evaluation system for regional innovation ca-pability based on the Triple Helix theory by selecting a total of 25 third-level indicators.Then it makes a comprehensive analysis of the relationships among the regional economy,industry,and technology with the methods of entropy weight and CRITIC weighting.It al-so analyzes the advantages in the innovation system of Jiangxi Province,including govern-ment-driven innovation policies and achievements in certain fields,while revealing prob-lems like poor collaboration among innovation entities,weak links in the innovation envi-ronment,and low efficiency of innovation output.To address these problems,it proposes countermeasures for enhancing the regional innovation capability of Jiangxi Province,in-cluding strengthening collaborative innovation mechanisms,enhancing the capability of innovation entities,promoting the integration of technology and industry,and improving the innovation environment.关键词
