态靶辨证在胃肠实热型代谢综合征中的运用
Application of the syndrome differentiation of states and targets in the treatment of metabolic syndrome with the pattern of excessive heat of the stomach and intestines

Abstract
Based on the characteristic theory of"administering a treatment based on the syndrome differentiation of states and targets"created by Academician Tong Xiaolin,this paper discusses the treatment and syndrome differentiation of metabolic syndrome.In his treatment practice,Tong Xiaolin takes"excessive heat of the stomach and intestines"as the state of the syndrome,while"hypertension,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia"as its targets,and applies Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction as a target prescription to purge heat and relieve turbidity,using varying target drugs to regulate the state and the targets simultaneously,e.g.,employing gambir plant nod and twotoothed achyranthes root for suppressing the hyperactive liver and subsiding yang to lower blood pressure,common anemarrhena rhizome and snakegourd root for clearing heat and promoting the fluid production to reduce blood glucose,fermentum rubrum and hawthorn fruit for removing turbidity and dispelling stasis to reduce blood lipids,and glabrous greenbrier rhizome and Dioscorea dioscorea for detoxifying and dissipating dampness to lower uric acid.This research is expected to provide a reference for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of metabolic syndrome.关键词
