摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of total arthroscopy reduction and internal fixation on talus posterior process fracture. Methods The 36 patients with talus posterior process fractures were treated with total arthroscopy reduction and internal fixation.Operation time, fracture reduction, fracture healing time, complications and ankle activ-ity range were recorded.AOFAS ankle-hindfoot function score criterion was used to evaluate the functional recovery. Results All patients were followed up for 6~27 months. The operation time was 50~90(66.23±13.74)min.All fractures were obtained anatomical reduction, and there were no injuries of tendon, nerve or blood vessel during the op-eration,no incision infection or skin necrosis after operation, and no complications such as screw irritation, delayed u-nion or nonunion occurred during follow-up.All the fractures healed in one-stage,and the time was 9~16(13.6±2.2)weeks.At 6 months after surgery,AOFAS ankle-hindfoot function scores were 88~94(89.68±4.34)points,of which 30 cases were excellent,4 cases good, and 2 fair, with an excellent-good rate of 94.4%.Ankle range of motion:plantar flexion was 35°~50°(38.4°±7.0°),dorsal extension was 16°~25°(20.6°±4.4°).Conclusions Total arthroscopy reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of posterior process of talus fracture has the advantages of easy operation, accurate reduction, less trauma and fewer complications.关键词
