Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of plate fixation combined with allogeneic bone grafting in the treat-ment of Sanders type Ⅲ,Ⅳ calcaneal fracture. Methods The 153 patients with Sanders type Ⅲ,Ⅳ calcaneal frac-tures were divided into control group(The 80 cases were treated with open reduction plate fixation)and observation group(The 73 cases were treated with open reduction plate fixation combined with allograft bone grafting),according to random number table method. The surgical status, imaging parameters, ankle range of motion and AOFAS ankle-hindfoot function score were compared between the two groups. Results All patients were followed up for 12~14 months. There were no statistical differences in intraoperative blood loss, operation time, hospital stay and incision skin necrosis rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The fractures in both groups healed and lasted 8~11 weeks.Böhler angle:There was no statistical difference between the two groups immediately after the operation(P<0.05),and the observation group was larger than the control group at 1 year after the operation(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in calcaneal height between the two groups immediately after surgery and 1 year after surgery(P>0.05).At the last follow-up,there was no statistical difference in ankle motion between the two groups(P>0.05),and the excellent-good rate of AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of Sanders typeⅢ,Ⅳcalcaneal fractures, the effect of plate fixation combined with allograft bone grafting is satisfactory, and allogeneic bone grafting can obviously prevent the loss of postoperative reduction, improve the foot-ankle function of patients, while which does not increase the risk of postoperative infection.关键词
