Promoting High-Quality Development of Characteristic Industries in Rural Areas:A Case Study of Maonai Village in Wuzhishan City

Abstract
Cultivating and developing characteristic industries is an important approach to advancing regional economic development.Relying on its unique natural resources and Li ethnic culture,Maonai Village in Wuzhishan City,Hainan Province,has adhered to party-building leadership,implemented a"one-stop"support system,and integrated industrial ecology and ecological industrialization,achieving a balance of economic,social,and environmental benefits.The successful practices of Maonai Village offer valuable references for other ethnic regions.This paper proposes pathways to accelerate the high-quality development of characteristic industries in rural areas,including balancing ecological protection and economic development,strenthening industrial upgrading and technical support,expanding market channels,and increasing brand building,thereby contributing to the comprehensive and sustainable development of regional economies.关键词
