Abstract
This study employs the SWOT analysis framework to systematically analyze the current status,challenges,and future opportunities of the high-starch and high-yield sweet potato specialty industry in Sinan County.The findings reveal that the industry's primary advantages lie in favorable natural conditions and government support,while its weaknesses include variety degradation,insufficient processing capacity,and low mechanization levels.Expanding market demand for healthy foods and government prioritized policy backing present opportunities,though competition from established domestic and international cultivars and inadequate technological capabilities remain critical threats.Countermeasures such as accelerating production mechanization,extending the industrial chain,enhancing value chains,and cultivating characteristic industries to ensure sustainable healthy development of the sweet potato industry in Sinan County.关键词
