Abstract
Taking the national pilot project of Nanping Farm in Lingshui County,Hainan Province as the research object,this study systematically explores remediation pathways and practical outcomes centered on optimizing the'production-living-ecological spaces'to address practical challenges such as fragmented arable land,insufficient industrial integration,and lagging infrastructure.The findings suggest the necessity to strengthen innovations in rural land transfer mechanisms,accelerate the implementation of agritourism projects,and refine the State Farms-local collaborative governance system,thereby resolving the balance between rights protection and resource intensification.The pilot practice at Nanping Farm provides an integrated solution of'spatial restructuring+industrial upgrading+cultural empowerment'for agricultural modernization and rural revitalization in tropical regions,offering significant reference value for similar areas seeking high-quality development pathways driven by land resource optimization.关键词
