Abstract
To screen excellent rice varieties suitable for planting in Xiuning County and provide a reference for local rice growers to select varieties.In 2021,an experiment was set up in Shuanglong Village,Wucheng Town,Xiuning County.Fifteen indica rice varieties were selected and arranged in a randomized block design with three replicates.The plot area was 14 m2.Data on growth period,agronomic traits,economic traits,disease resistance,and stress resistance were recorded,and the grey system theory was used to analyze the relationship between each trait and yield.The results revealed that the whole growth period of the tested varieties ranged from 137 to 148 days,with an average of 142.1 days;the plant height ranged from 94.1 to 121.1 cm,with an average of 112.1 cm;the panicle length ranged from 21.8 to 26.9 cm,with an average of 24.4 cm.The actual yield ranged from 6.82 to 9.10 t·hm-2,with an average of 8.28 t·hm-2,and the actual yield of Liang You 517 was the highest.The traits that had a greater impact on yield were the growth period,plant height,and resistance to sheath blight.Through com-prehensive evaluation,six varieties,namely Liang You 517,Ping Liang You Si Miao,Meng Liang You 5208,Guan Liang You Hua Zhan,Liang You 5078,and Qiao Liang You Chao Zhan,had high yields and moderate growth periods.It is recommended that these varieties be used as the main promoted varieties in Xiuning County,and scientific planting and management measures should be implemented to improve planting efficiency.关键词
