Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of mixed teaching aiming to improve"post competence"in the skill training of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods 80 doc-tors from the department of hepatobiliary surgery Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the observa-tion group and 40 patients from the control group.Students in the control group received the traditional teaching train-ing mode,and students in the observation group received the mixed teaching aimed at post competency.After the training,the two groups of students were investigated for their job competence and teaching recognition.Results The skill ability and professional knowledge scores in the self-evaluation and the professional knowledge and skill ability scores,and the management and decision-making ability scores in the department evaluation were significant-ly higher than control(P<0.05).The teaching recognition evaluation of the training was obvious higher thancontrol(P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching with the goal of improving"post competence"has shown a good applica-tion effect in the training of hepatobiliary surgery skills,which is worthy of further promotion and application in the field of surgeon training.关键词
