基于Logistic模型的广西甘蔗株高生长发育研究
Analysis of the Height Growth and Development of Sugarcane in Guangxi via a Logistic Model

Abstract
Newly planted and ratoon sugarcane from Guiliu 05/136,Guitang 42,and Guitang 44 were used as experimental materials.By measuring the changes in plant height during the growth and development of sugarcane via logistic model analysis,the growth and development trends of sugarcane plant height under different planting methods were studied.The results revealed that the growth and development of sugarcane plant height followed a single"S"-shaped curve,and the corre-lation between the ultimate value of plant height growth and the measured value reached a very significant level(P<0.01).The logistic fitting coefficient was higher than 0.98,except for that of Guitang 44 ratoon sugarcane,which was 0.95.Therefore,the logistic model can accurately predict the growth and development of sugarcane plant height.Through the fitting model,the development time nodes of sugarcane plant height can be determined,and the entire growth period can be divided into three stages:(1)Early elongation,i.e.,before May,when the plant height is small and growth is slow.(2)Rapid extension,the most vigorous growth period,lasting 60.4‒109.8 days,with the fastest growth occurring from mid-July to late July.The starting time of ratoon sugarcane of the same variety was earlier than that of newly planted sugarcane,and the duration was higher.Among them,Guitang 44 had the earliest start,highest duration,and smallest maximum relative growth rate(only 1.46 cm·d‒1 for ratoon sugarcane).However,Guiliu 05/136 had the latest start,shortest duration,and highest maximum relative growth rate(up to 3.03 cm·d‒1 for newly planted sugarcane),with Guitang 42 falling in between.(3)Late elongation,after September,when the increase in plant height gradually slowed down or even stopped.The research results can provide a reference for the scientific evaluation of sugarcane plant height and the improvement of management levels.关键词
