我国内河航运建设发展与展望
Development and prospect of inland navigation construction in China
摘要
Abstract
Significant achievements have been made in the construction of inland waterway shipping in China,but it remains a shortcoming in the comprehensive transportation system.In the current new stage of development,the construction of inland navigation faces both great opportunities and challenges.In the future,the key tasks of inland navigation construction will focus on increasing the mileage and coverage of high-grade waterways,strengthening the communication between river systems through the construction of projects such as the Pinglu Canal,Hunan-Guangxi Canal,Jiangxi-Guangdong Canal,and the navigation of the entire Grand Canal,constantly pursuing the safety,efficiency,reliability,and economy of infrastructure,and improving the service level of waterway infrastructure to achieve continuous innovation.Among these,improving the design head of single-stage ship lock will be a major technical challenge for inland navigation infrastructure in the central and western regions.Breaking through the technical bottleneck of 100-meter-class water-saving ship lock and solving the problems of lock valves and filling&emptying systems are the key directions.关键词
