Bottleneck Identification of Strategic Emerging Industry Development Based on"Three Chain Integration":A Case Study of New Energy Vehicle Industry

Abstract
[Research purpose]Creating a systematic and efficient method for identifying bottlenecks in industrial development,and ef-fectively identifying the bottlenecks in the development of strategic emerging industries,can help continuously improve the industrial ecolo-gy and promote the high-quality development of China's strategic emerging industries.[Research method]Based on the perspective of the"three chain integration"of innovation chain,industry chain,and capital chain,combining deep learning and social network analysis,starting from the systematic process and continuous improvement of Theory of Constraints,this study constructs a"three chain integration"industry development bottleneck identification method,to recognize the development bottlenecks of strategic emerging industries,and pro-poses continuous improvement strategies.[Research result/conclusion]Taking China's new energy vehicle industry(NEV)as an empiri-cal case,it identifies that there are development bottlenecks in the"three chains"of battery recycling and cascade utilization,and there are innovation chain development bottlenecks in the extension of value-added services.This is consistent with the development status of the NEV technology roadmap planning,thus validating the efficacy and scientific rigor of the method proposed.关键词
