三叉神经梳理术治疗无血管压迫型三叉神经痛的临床研究
Clinical study of trigeminal nerve combing for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia without vascular compression

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of trigeminal neuralgia without vascular deompression and the therapeutic effects of trigeminal nerve combing.Methods A total of 455 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia(TN)underwent microvascular decompression(MVD)in Department of Neurosurgery,Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital,The Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School from January 2020 to December 2022 were collected.During surgery,17 patients were confirmed without vascular compression.These patients underwent trigeminal nerve sensory root combing.A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical characteristics,surgical efficacy,and complications of this group.Results Among 17 patients underwent sensory root combing,13 patients achieved clinical cure,3 experienced pain relief,and 1 showed no improvement postoperatively.13 patients developed varying degrees of facial numbness,with no other significant complications.The average follow-up period was 46.2 months,during which 2 cases experienced pain recurrence.Conclusions Trigeminal nerve combing is safe and effective for TN without vascular compression,and most patients may experience postoperative facial numbness.关键词
