摘要

Abstract

During the construction process of underground caverns,excavation of the caverns causes strong dis-turbance to the surrounding rock,resulting in significant unloading effects and affecting the safety of the pro-ject.This article takes the safe and stable excavation of the underground cavern group of Yebatan Hydropower Project as an example to conduct research on the failure mechanism and early warning prevention of large un-derground powerhouse cavern groups under the coupling conditions of high ground stress and complex struc-tural planes.The stability of the surrounding rock and support measures after excavation of the underground cavern group under high ground stress are proposed to ensure the safe and efficient excavation of the under-ground cavern group.The research results have reference significance for the stability analysis and safety sup-port of the surrounding rock of large underground caverns in the future.
