风浪流作用下系泊油船的水动力响应预测研究
Prediction of hydrodynamic response of moored oil tanker under wind-wave-flow

Abstract
The hydrodynamic response of mooring ships under the action of wind,waves,and current is influenced in ship operation and docking.Port operation efficiency and ship safety can be enhanced by accurate and reliable prediction of hydrodynamic response.In this paper,the hydrodynamic response of three different sizes of ships was systematically investigated by a numerical model under the influence of wind,waves,and current,and a database containing more than 1 600 sets of hydrodynamic response data was established.An artificial neural network with three hidden layers was developed using the BP neural network backpropagation algorithm,with nine key parameters affecting ship response incorporated in the input layer:ship type,loading condition,wave height and period,wave direction,wind speed and direction,and current speed and direction,for predicting the six-degree-of-freedom motions,the mooring line forces,and the fender forces of mooring oil tankers.It is demonstrated that the multi-parameter BP neural network can provide high-accuracy predictions,which can be utilized as data support for the ship's active collision avoidance system.关键词
