基于止血效果综合评价模型探究白地汤对小鼠止血功能的影响
Hemostatic Effects of Baidi Decoction in Mice Based on a Comprehensive Hemostasis Assessment Model

Abstract
To investigate the hemostatic effects of different ratio formulations of Baidi decoction and explore its hemostatic mechanism,this study establishes an efficacy evaluation and screening model for hemostatic traditional Chinese medicines and evaluates the hemostatic effect of Baidi decoction based on this model.The study selects six indicators,including Platelet(PLT)count,Bleeding Time(BT),Prothrombin Time(PT),Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time(APTT),Thrombin Time(TT)and Fibrinogen(FIB),to establish a comprehensive hemostasis evaluation model by combining analytic hierarchy process with a"radar chart"pattern.ICR mice are used to compare the hemostatic effects of normal saline,Yunnanbaiyao,Baitouweng-Diyutan 2:1(referred to as Baidi decoction 2:1),Baidi decoction 3:2,Baidi decoction 1:1,Baitouweng and Diyutan.The results show that all three ratios of Baidi decoction,Diyutan have hemostatic effects.Among them,all Baidi decoction groups shorten BT,APTT,TT while increasing FIB;Diyutan group shorten BT,APTT,PT while increasing FIB,but it has no effect on TT;Only Diyutantan and Baidi decoction 1:1 increase total PLT count.In contrast,Baitouweng is less effective in stopping bleeding and only shorten TT.According to the comprehensive evaluation model for hemostatic effects,the seven samples rank as follows:Baidi decoction 1:1>Yunnanbaiyao>Diyutan>Baidi decoction 2:1>Baidi decoction 3:2>Baitouweng>Saline.These findings indicate that Baidi decoction has both hemostatic and coagulant properties,and the effect of stopping bleeding changes after the pairing of Diyutan and Baitouweng,with the 1:1 ratio demonstrating the optimal efficacy.This result provides a foundation for the treatment of hemorrhagic diseases in animals and the development of related hemostatic veterinary drugs.关键词
