Abstract
Water conservancy and hydropower engineering has a long construction period,large investment,and high technical requirements.In the process of hydropower project construction,the research on contract management is a systematic process that runs through the entire construction process.Strengthening contract management can effec-tively control the engineering quality and progress on the construction site,and predict the risks of engineering change claims in a timely manner,effectively safeguarding the interests of enterprises.This article explores contract manage-ment throughout the entire process of water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction from the perspec-tive of Construction Unit,and studies and discusses solutions to problems that arise during the process.关键词
