摘要

Abstract

In response to the significant environmental risks associated with dangerous goods container yard in port area,a representative example of a dangerous goods container yard in a certain port was taken,the environmental risks of the yard were comprehensively identified from the aspects of dangerous goods danger,accident associated/secondary pollutant danger,and production system danger,and an environmental risk identification list was established.Based on the characteristics of atmospheric hazardous pollutants,the SLAB model and AFTOX model were used to predict the impact of atmospheric hazardous pollutants on environmental air quality and sensitive protection targets.Based on the toxicity endpoint concentration limit of secondary pollutants,capacity limits were proposed for specific hazardous goods.The environmental risk impact of hazardous pollutants infiltrating groundwater was predicted using a one-dimensional stable flow two-dimensional hydrodynamic dispersion analytical formula.Systematically elaborated on the degree of environmental risk impact and environmental risk prevention system of the yard from the aspects of environmental risk identification,environmental risk impact prediction,and environmental risk prevention measures.To provide technical reference for reducing the impact of environmental risks in the yard and enhancing the ability to prevent and control environmental risks.
